The room was incredibly comfortable and fabulous with a bath tub, and we appreciated having access to wake-up service.

All the rooms are very well decorated with executive lounge access and the staff is really helpful!

The room was not only fabulous, but immaculate too, and had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe.

Booked absolutely fabulous room that was upgraded to a California King bed. We really enjoyed central heating, a safe and multi-channel TV. It was in a great location with Skydeck Chicago nearby.

Location in the heart of the city was a plus. The breakfast offered a lot of good meals.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, the facilities were fantastic, and the location right next to the financial district was very convenient. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

This hotel is a great value for money, located in the financial district close to many attractions. The rooms are spacious with a comfortable king bed and a large soaking tub with a view. And the breakfast included is a nice bonus.

All was satisfactory, with no major issues.

The conciers were great on suggesting places to eat and helpful in getting tickets to a show for the night.

I liked the room. Also thew concierge service was very good.

I did not like the fact that they have the aircondition in very low temperature. The morning during breakfast we could not sit pleasanly because of the cold, whether outside the temperature was high.
